摘  要:[目的]研究玉米根际微生物的种类及其生长情况,为玉米根际促生菌对玉米生长发育影响的研究提供有价值的参考。[方法]通过对已分离的微生物进行离体拮抗试验,检测菌株产生铁载体的情况,并以普通基质土壤为对照,研究产铁载体细菌对玉米种子发芽率和株高的影响。[结果]从玉米根际优势微生物中筛选出6株拮抗菌和5株产生铁载体的细菌,发现菌株KM2、KM19具有较广的抗菌谱,且KM19能够产生铁载体,它们能够大大地提高玉米种子的萌发率和增加玉米的生物量。[结论]筛选到的菌株KM2、KM19是玉米根际促生菌,能够有效地促进玉米的生长发育,并提高玉米的产量。[Objective] The valuable reference for the study on the growth-promoting bacteria of maize rhizosphere affecting maize growth and development was provided through the exploration of species of maize rhizosphere microorganisms and its growth condition.[Method] The situation of the strain producing iron carrier was tested through the antagonism experiment in the micro-organism in vitro,which was isolated.And the common matrix of soil being taken as the CK,the effect of bacterial producing iron carrier on the rate of seed germination and the plant height of maize was studied.[Results] 6 antagonistic bacterial strains and 5 bacterial strains producing iron carrier were screened out from the advantage maize rhizosphere microorganism and it was found that the strain-KM2 and KM19 had a wider antibacterial spectrum,and the KM19 had the ability in the iron carrier-producing,and they can greatly improve the germination rate and the biomass of maize.[Conclusion] The strain-KM2 and KM19 screened was the rhizosphere growth-promoting bacteria of maize can effectively promote the growth and development of maize for the production-increasing.
