沼肥与化肥用于蕹菜生产产品品质对比分析

摘　　要：用沼肥、化肥种植蕹菜并对其品质进行对比分析,测定可溶性糖、蛋白质和亚硝酸盐的残留量。结果表明,用沼肥种植的蕹菜可溶性糖、蛋白质的含量分别提高17.03%和17.84%;而亚硝酸盐的残留量降低28.17%;虫害降低32.61%;蕹菜长势也明显优于用化肥种植的。The quality of Ipomoea aquatica forsk planted with biogas manure and chemical fertilizer was contrasted and analyzed.The residual amounts of soluble sugar,protein and nitrite in Ipomoea aquatica forsk were determined.The results showed that the content of soluble sugar and protein in Ipomoea aquatica forsk planted with biogas manure increased by 17.03% and 17.84% respectively.The residual amount of nitrite decreased by 28.17%,insect pest decreased 32.61%.The growth vigor of Ipomoea aquatica forsk planted with biogas manure was better than that with chemical fertilizer.
