摘　　要：[目的]研究不同杂交组合和授粉方法对百合结实率的影响。[方法]以11种百合为试验材料,采用柱头直接授粉、切割花柱授粉和花培液涂抹柱头授粉3种方法对不同杂交组合进行杂交试验,并记录其结实率。[结果]不同亲本组合对杂交结实率有明显影响;同一授粉方式对不同杂交组合,以及不同授粉方法对同一杂交组合结实率的影响不同。[结论]百合杂交育种时,应该根据杂交组合的不同选用适合的授粉方法。[Objective] To study the influences of different hybrid combinations and pollination methods on the seed setting rate of lily.[Method]A total of 11 lily cultivars were used to perform hybridization experiments by three pollination methods including direct stigma pollination,cut-style pollination and culture fluid pollination,and the seed setting rates were then recorded.[Result] The effects of the same pollination method on the seed setting rates of various hybrid combinations and various pollination methods on the seed setting rates of same hybrid combination were different.[Conclusion] The hybrid breeding of lily should choose suitable pollination method according to hybrid combinations.
