摘 要:[目的]探究高原鼢鼠种群间的基因流水平及影响因素,为草原鼠害治理方案的制定提供理论依据。[方法]选用187只分别来自6个地理种群的高原鼢鼠(Eospalax baileyi)为试验材料,采用DNA测序的方法分析种群间的基因流动情况。[结果]高原鼢鼠6个种群间双向基因流非常弱,Nm值在0.01~0.12,即每100世代种群间迁入或迁出有效雌性个体数仅为1~12个。[结论]高原鼢鼠不同地理种群间存在严重限制性基因流。[Objective] To explore the gene flow levels of Eospalax baileyi populations and influencing factors and provide a theoretical basis for the rodent control in grassland.[Method] A total of 187 plateau zokors (Eospalax baileyi) in six geographical populations were selected as test materials.The gene flows among populations were analyzed by DNA sequencing.[Result] The bi-directional gene flows of Eospalax baileyi among six geographical populations were very low and Nm values were in the range from 0.01 to 0.12.The number of effective male or female individuals moving into or out a geographical population was range from 1 to 12 during 100 generations.[Conclusion] The gene flows of Eospalax baileyi are severely restricted between different geographical populations.
