摘　　要：通过对40拖拉机驱动轴疲劳断裂断口形貌进行分类分析,结果表明,结构设计和热处理工艺不合理是驱动轴断裂的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,解决了生产企业产品质量问题。The fracture apperance of 40 tractor＇s drive shaft was analyzed by classification. The results show that the structural design and heat treatment technology are the main reasons of fracture for drive shaft. The improvement measures are put forward,and the quality problems of the products for manufacturing enterprises are solved.
