摘  要:利用自制的TiC-Ni自蔓延陶瓷焊条,采用氩弧焊技术在钢表面制备了金属陶瓷堆焊层。建立计算堆焊层温度场及应力场的数学模型,采用有限元分析软件分析了堆焊金属陶瓷过程的温度场及残余应力场分布及堆焊层温度场的变化。对焊层残余应力变化规律进行了模拟,并通过模拟检验了堆焊层残余应力的连续性和缓和性。Using TiC-Ni ceramic metal electrode which was made by means of SHS, the ceramic coat was prepared on the surface of steel by TIG. The mathematical models and physical models for temperature and stress field of TiC-Ni coat were built. The distribution of the temperature and residual stress field, the changes of temperature field in surfacing layer in the deposition process were analysed through finite element analysis software. Meanwhile, the continuity and thermal relaxation of the coating were checked through analysing the residual stress changes. The rules of the residual stress fields were simulated and analyzed.
