摘　　要：运用ViewCast软件对灰铁圆盘铸件的铸造工艺凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了缺陷形成的原因。在此基础上,通过ViewCast软件不断调整冒口、冷铁尺寸及位置,并进行凝固模拟,最终获得了合适的工艺。结果表明:方案Ⅲ中冒口、浇注系统的尺寸和位置是合适的,实现了顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松缺陷,保证了铸件质量。View Cast software was utilized to simulate the casting solidification processes in order to find out the reason causing the defects．Based on this, by View Cast simulation software, changing size and structure of riser and chill, the solidification process was constantly simulated for process optimization．The result shows that the shrinkage and porosity are eliminated; the size and placement of riser and gating system in the scheme Ⅲ are reasonable; the quality of casting is ensured．
