摘　　要：针对焊接信息化的用户需求,设计了焊接母材数据库的功能。以Oracle作为数据库管理系统,借助PowerDesigner建模工具进行数据库的物理数据模型的设计,并在Oracle中创建焊接母材数据库。该数据库主要对焊接母材的概述、物理化学性能、力学性能及组织等数据进行信息化管理,方便焊接工艺设计时对母材信息的浏览、查询,并为焊接CAPP等焊接软件的相继开发提供基础。The function of weld base metal was designed by analyzing the requirements of welding systems.The PDM model of the database was designed by PowerDesigner. Then the database was created on the Oracle. The database is mainly information management for an overview of welding materials, physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties and microstructure. The software makes browsing, query convenient for the information of the base metal of welding process and supporting. It provides the basis for the development of other welding softwares.
