摘 要:通过对一连续体进行基于基频最大化的拓扑优化,得出主体结构的最优结构形式;对优化结果进行了有限元仿真计算,与传统设计方法所得的相机结构进行对比,基频稍有提高而质量有较大减小。结果表明:采用拓扑优化设计方法能够缩短设计周期,有效减小结构质量,提高了相机主体结构的动刚度,设计结果完全满足系统需求。Topology optimized design based on maximizing the first-order natural frequency was presented.With this method,the final main supporting structure of a space camera was designed.Compared with the configuration designed before,the first-order natural frequency of the main supporting structure raised a little with a significant loss of mass.The numerical result indicated that after adopting the topology optimize method,not only the design period was shortened,but also the supporting structure mass was effectively reduced and the capability of the main supporting structure was enhanced too,which showed that the optimized support structures could meet the system design requirements.
