摘　　要：目的通过对某电子装配生产厂房职业病危害控制效果评价,明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,对未达到职业病危害防护要求的系统或单元提出职业病控制措施的建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行定性、定量评价。结果二甲苯的短时间接触浓度及时间加权平均浓度、溶剂汽油的短时间接触浓度超标。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施基本可行。部分岗位超标原因,可能是设计风量不足或废气吸附装置未定期清理或更换,阻力过大造成。[Objective]To indentify the occupational hazards in the construction project of an electronic assembly production plant through occupational hazards control evaluation,to analyze its hazard degree and the influence on workers＇ health,to evaluate the effects of the measures for occupational hazard control,and put forward control measures for the systems or modules without meeting the requirement of occupational hazard protection.[Methods]Methods of occupational health scene investigation,occupational health testing,occupational health screening and check-list were adopted for qualitative and quantitative assessments.[Results]The short-term exposure concentration and the time-weighted average concentration of xylene and the short-term exposure concentration of solvent gasoline exceeded the occupational allowable limits.[Conclusion]The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are feasible. The air flow design was inadequate or the exhaust gas adsorption unit was not cleaned regularly or replaced which caused the resistance excessively may be the reasons of exceeding the standard in some posts.
