摘  要:高温高湿大空间造纸厂房夏季闷热、冬季围护结构结露滴水,影响纸张正常生产.实地测量了厂房围护结构热工性能、通风、温湿度分布及造纸机械散热散湿,并对厂房进行数值模拟,分析围护结构结露原因.分析表明:厂房屋顶和侧墙交界处,湿部屋面,侧墙侧窗及天窗等区域最容易结露.排热除湿通风方式中,在湿部操作区侧墙加局部排风效果最佳.加强上述区域保温及减少玻璃窗数量,以及在侧墙加局部排风是防止围护结构结露的有效方法.在实际工程中采用这些措施后,减少了围护结构结露.In large-space paper-making plants with high temperature and humidity, it was muggy in summer and building envelope was dewing in winter, which affects the production of papers. To analyze the condensation of plant envelope, thermal performance, ventilation, temperature and humidity distribution, heat and wet dissipation were investigated, and the plant was numerically simulated. The juncture of the roof and sidewall, ceiling-wall and the windows of wet department were prone to condensation. Adding local ventilation in operation-side wall of wet department was the optimal ventilation that removed heat and wet. Enhancing the insulation of envelope, reducing glazed windows and adding local ventilation in side- wall were effective methods to prevent plant envelope condensation. It has been shown that this is an effective measure for condensation prevention in practical cases.
