摘　　要：海运进口提货单是一种不可流通转让的货运单证。本文讨论了在建立代理关系后，船舶代理人依据提单、保证书、“电放”或海运单签发提货单以及签发地点、时间和提货单记载内容诸问题。This paper discusses the issuing of Delivery Order against Bill(s) of Lading, Letter of Guarantee,'Telex Release' or Seaway Bill by ship's agent after the agency appoitment is accepted. The paper also tells where, when and how to issue the Delivery Order, which is one of the non-negotiable shipping documents.
