摘　　要：模型-视图-控制器(MVC)模式是一种高效的、低成本的、面向交互的软件设计模式.首先对教师工作量管理系统的开发必要性、数据复杂性、及应用扩展性等特点进行了分析,针对目前教师工作量管理低效率、易出错及大信息的特点,提出了基于MVC模式的Struts框架的系统设计方案.简要介绍了Java的MVC模式及Struts框架技术,重点论述了系统的功能实现及结构特点.应用本系统能够科学、规范、高效率地做好教职工工作量的管理工作,提高工作效率.The Model-View-Controller pattern, as a software design pattern, is characterized by its high efficiency, low cost and interactiveness. First, an analysis is made about the necessity, complexity of data and expansibility in developing a teacher workload management system. Then a design plan is put forth on the basis of MVC Struts Framework aiming to tackle the probems of low efficiency, overly large amount of information content and error-provoking property in current teacher workload management. A brief introduction has been made about the MVC Model of Java and the Struts Framework technology. And extra emphasis is placed on the elaboration of the structural characteristics and the implementation of system functions. The system is expected to scientificly conduct teacher workload management with enhanced efficiency.
