摘  要:以磺化聚醚砜(SPES)为基膜样品,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为成膜溶剂,采用溶液浇铸的技术制备了一系列不同磺化度的SPES膜,测试了膜的吸水率、接触角、尺寸稳定性、氧化稳定性能。结果表明:SPES膜的吸水率随着磺化度和温度的增加而增加;亲水性也随着磺化度的增加而增加;而尺寸稳定性随着磺化度和温度的增加而减小。SPES膜具有优异的氧化稳定性能,其氧化稳定性随磺化度的增加而变弱。A series of SPES membranes with different sulfonation degrees were cast from SPES solutions in N,N-dimethylacetamide. The membrane properties were characterized by contact angle, water uptake, dimensional and oxidative stability. The results showed that the water uptake of SPES membranes increased with increasing sulfonation degree and temperature. The hydrophilicity of SPES membranes increased with increasing sulfonation degree. The results also indicated that the SPES membranes had good oxidative stability, and the oxidative stability decreased with increasing sulfonation degree.
