论邓小平理论体系中系统论思想的体现

摘　　要：人类的先进思想总是相互渗透、相互贯通的,在邓小平理论有关强国富民的发展战略中契合着丰富的系统论思想:把握系统和层次之间的相互关系,以生产力的发展为起点,层层推进,最终实现社会的全面、持续发展;注重系统与环境的相互关系作用,提出中国的发展离不开世界,形成全方位、多层次、宽领域的对外开放格局;契合系统论的整体最优化原则,注重全局优势提升的"两个大局思想";从系统内各要素之间的相互作用着手处理改革、发展、稳定三者之间的关系。这对我们今天在科学发展观的指导下构建社会主义和谐社会具有现实的指导意义。Deng Xiaoping applies system theory to socialist construction practice.There are rich system theory thought in Deng Xiaoping＇s theory： First,grasping the mutual relations between the system and its level,taking the productivity development as the beginning and prompting the society to develop.Second,stressing the mutual function of system and the environment to propose China＇s development does not leave the world.Third,process the relations between the reform,the development,the stable from the mutual function of essential factors in the system.Fourth,conjugating the whole optimization principle of system theory to stresses the overall situation superiority and so on.
