摘  要:目的了解磷霉素对产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的大肠埃希菌的体外抗菌活性。方法用K-B法检测磷霉素对产超广谱β内酰胺酶的大肠埃希菌的体外抗菌活性,并与其他常用抗生素比较。结果从分离的169株大肠埃希菌中筛选出产超广谱β内酰胺酶的116株,占68.6%;未发现对亚胺培南耐药的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌,磷霉素的耐药率为3.4%,与头孢哌酮/舒巴坦耐药率(1.7%)、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦耐药率(3.4%)相近,明显低于其他常用抗生素如左氧氟沙星、头孢西丁、阿米卡星等。结论磷霉素对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的体外抗菌活性强,耐药率低,是针对产ESBLs大肠埃希菌感染治疗可选择的抗生素之一。Aim To investigate antibacterial activity of Fosfomycin (FOM) against Eseheriehia coli producing estended- spectrum β-1actamases (ESBLs). Methods Kirby- Bauer (K-B) method was employed to detect the susceptibility of strains of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli to FOM and other antibiotics. Results There 116 strains of ESBLs producing Eschorichia coli were isolated from 169 strains of Eseheriehia coil in our hospital (68.6%). The resistance rate of ESBLs producing Eseheriehia coli to FOM Was 3.4% ,and that to cefoperazon /sulbactam was 1.7% and to piperacillin/tazobactam was 3.4%,respectively,it was sensitive to Imipenem. Conclusion The Fosfomycin is effective for treatment of Esehoriehia coli producing extended-spectrum ESBLs as the resistant rate is low.
