摘 要:目的研究ВКК-15К一体化高空防护装备(C组)的热负荷,并将其与普通飞行装备(A组)及KH-3型抗荷服(B组)的热负荷作对比。方法6名男性青年受试者分别在舒适环境和40℃环境中穿着A、B、C3组装备各90min。测定隔热值、蒸发散热指数和综合热应激指数。结果A、B、C组装备的总隔热值(It,clo)分别为1.33、1.58和2.05,相互间有非常显著性差异(F=83.88,P<0.01)。3组的透湿指数(im)在0.41~0.46之间,无显著性差异。3组的蒸发散热效能指数(im/It)分别为0.32、0.26和0.22,相互间有非常显著性差异(F=59.09,P<0.01)。受试者在40℃热环境中穿C组装备60min时综合热应激指数(CIHS)为5.48,属中度热应激;90min时CIHS为6.40,属重度热应激。均较穿A、B组装备时明显为高。结论飞行员在热环境下穿ВКК-15К一体化高空防护装备无通风时。Objective To explore the thermal strain during wearing ВКК 15К integrated altitude protective equipment (assembly C),in comparison with those during wearing ordinary flying equipment (assembly A) and KH 3 anti G suit(assembly B). Methods Six young male subjects were asked to wear assembly A,assembly B,and assembly C in comfortable environment and 40 ℃ for 90 min respectively.Thermal insulation values(I t),evaporative heat loss indexes and combined index of heat stress(CIHS) were determined. Results I t(clo) of assembly A,assembly B and assembly C was 1.33 ,1.58,and 2.05 respectively. I t (clo) of assembly C was significantly higher than those of assembly A and B ( F =83.88 ,P<0.01). Vapor permeability (i m) of assembly A,B,and C ranged from 0.41 to 0.46 .The differences among them were nonsignificant.i m/I t of assembly A,B,and C was 0.32 , 0.26 ,and 0.22. The differences among them were significant ( F= 59.09 ,P <0.01 ) . The CIHS of the subjects wearing assembly C in 40℃ for 60 min was 5.48 (corresponding to moderate heat stress);when the time was prolonged to 90 min,the CIHS raised to 6.40 (corresponding to serious heat stress).Both values were significantly higher than those when wearing assembly A and B. Conclusion Pilots wearing ВКК 15К integrated protective equipment without ventilation in hot environment will suffer from moderate to serious degree of heat stress.
