论农业信息化建设对农民收入的重要作用

摘　　要：农民问题是"三农"问题的核心,"三农"问题的解决归根到底要靠农民问题的解决来实现,而农民问题的关键是提高农民收入。增加农民收入对于提高农民生活水平与质量,加快农村经济发展,实现"全面建设小康社会"的奋斗目标意义重大。影响农民收入的因素颇多,信息畅通与否也是影响农民收入的因素之一。通过分析农业信息对农业生产及农村经济发展的重要作用,提出加快农业信息化发展,促进农民增收的措施。The peasant question is the core of the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. The solution to the ＂three issues＂finally deponds on the solution to the peasant question,and the key of peasant question is raising the peasants＇ income. For the goals of raising the peasants＇ living standards and quality, speeding up rural economic development and building a moderately prosperous society,increasing the farmers＇ income is of great significance. Many factors affect the income of the farmers. Whether the information is smooth or not is one of the factors. Through analysing the important role of agricultural information in agricultural production and rural econemic development, the measures for speeding up the develpoment of agrucultrual information and increasing farmers＇ income are proposed.
