摘　　要：通过对河南方言中不同种类的家禽和家畜雌雄称谓词语的梳理,显示动物性别称谓的特点,展现家庭养殖业在中原农耕社会中的悠久历史及其与人们生活的密切性。In Henan dialect, both male and female poultry and livestock are addressed in quite different ways. By analyzing and and about the society in the classifying these characters, the paper provides us information about the characteristics of these terms long history of domestic livestock breeding and its close relationship with human life in the farming central plain of China.
