摘  要:对高磷赤褐铁矿进行了光谱分析、化学成分分析、铁物相的测定,以及矿石赋存状态研究。根据赤褐铁矿的性质,本研究选择不同酸分别进行了硫酸、盐酸浸出试验。对最佳浸出酸进行了酸浓度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间等不同工艺条件的试验研究。试验表明最佳工艺条件:H2SO4浓度以8.33%较为合适,浸出温度以60℃为宜,液固比以2.5∶1为宜,浸出时间以15min为宜。得到铁品位为58.96%,磷品位为0.222%,铁回收率为75.08%。Spectrum analysis, chemical composition analysis, determination of iron phase and the modes of occurrence on the ore of high phosphorus hematite-limonite had been studied by the paper. According to the character of hematite-limonite ore, leaching experiment were done by choosing different hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid respectively. Different technology conditions of best leaching acid was studied in the concentration of acid , leaching temperature, liquid-to-solid ratio and leaching time. Best technology conditions were shown: the concentration of H2SO4 is 10%, leaching temperature is 60℃, liquid-to-solid ratio is 2.5 : 1 and leaching time is 15 minutes, an ideal concentrate was obtained, which had the iron grade of 58. 96%, the phosphorous grade of 0. 222%, and the iron recovery of 75.08%.
