摘　　要：设计铁路军事运输调度管理系统,对系统功能进行需求分析。介绍在设计过程中所要解决的三级网络传输、单机版与网络版系统文件交互、军运号码的生成与变更处理、时间同步等关键技术问题。According to demands of function, the Military Railway Transportation Dispatching Management System was analyzed and designed. It was introduced some key problems of technology, such as three-class network transportation, file exchanging between stand-alone and network system, making and alteration of military transportation number, time synchronization.
