摘 要:利用粉末X射线衍射,N2吸附-脱附实验对以铁的硝酸盐、氯化物和硫酸盐为原料制备的Fe2O3进行晶体结构表征和比表面积测定,经对煅烧样品洗涤前后比表面积的对比,利用MEDUSA软件计算铁盐溶液中的组分分布,分析NO3-、Cl-和SO24-在Fe2O3制备过程中的作用。研究结果表明,未经洗涤硝酸盐制得的Fe2O3比表面积最大,洗涤对产物比表面积几乎没有影响;而Cl-和SO24-的铁盐所制得的Fe2O3经洗涤后颗粒比表面积显著增加。The structures of Fe2O3 crystals,synthesized by precipitation method using ferric salts of nitrate,chloride and sulfate,were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD) technique,and its specific surface areas(SABET) were determined by N2 adsorption/desorption experiments.The speciation diagrams of ferric salts in aqueous solution were established by performing theoretical calculation using MEDUSA software and the functions of NO-3,Cl-and SO2-4 were evaluated by comparing SABET values of Fe2O3 particles before and after rinsing.The results indicate that the SABET of Fe2O3 prepared from ferric nitrate without rinsing is the largest and changes little after rinsing,while those from ferric chloride and sulfate show substantial increase.
