神经生长因子(NGF)在母牛性腺及性腺外生殖器官中的表达研究

摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)在母牛卵泡期及黄体期子宫、卵巢、输卵管3种组织中的表达情况。采用FQ-PCR方法和Western blotting技术对成年母牛卵泡期及黄体期的子宫、卵巢、输卵管中的NGF mRNA和蛋白质表达进行了检测。结果表明,NGF mRNA和蛋白质在卵泡期和黄体期的子宫、卵巢、输卵管中均有表达,且卵泡期子宫中NGF mRNA表达量显著高于卵泡期卵巢和黄体期输卵管中NGF mRNA表达量(P<0.05),其它组织间无显著差异。The expression of nerve growth factor（NGF） mRNA and NGF protein in ovary,oviduct and uterus from luteal phase and follicular phase ovary of cattle were studied by FQ-PCR technique and Western blotting.The results showed that the mRNA and protein of NGF was present in ovary,oviduct and uterus both from luteal phase and follicular phase ovary.The amount of NGF mRNA in uterus from follicular phase ovary was significantly higher than ovary from follicular phase ovary and oviduct from luteal phase ovary（P〈0.05）,the expression level of NGF mRNA in other tissues was no significantly difference.
