摘　　要：1987－01－1996－12收治甲状腺病变538例、经手术病理证实甲状腺瘤64．7％（348／538），甲状腺功能亢进6．7％（36／538），其中高功能腺癌16例（3％），毒性甲状腺肿20例（3．7％），结节性甲状腺肿15.6％（84／538），乔本病7．4％（40／538），甲状腺癌5．6％（30／538），通过临床分析认为严格掌握手术适应证是必要的，良好的术前准备、正确细致的操作，预防并发症，是手术获得成功的关键。538 cases of thyropathy werc hospitalized from Jan. 1987 to Dec. 1996. The diagnosis was madeby operation and pathology. Thyroma 64.7％(348/538), thyreoidism 6.7％(36/538), both of them, high fiJnctionalthyroma 3％(16/538), toxic thyreoncus 3.7％(20/538). nodose thyreoncus 15.6％(84/538), chronic lymphocyticthyroiditis, i.e Hashimoto's disease 7.4％(40/538) and cancer of thyroid gland 5.6％(30/538). By analysis of 538cases, the authors consider that it is very important io mastcr strict operaive indications. And adequatepreoperative preparation, correct and maticulous operative technique-and prevention of possible complication arethe keys to successful operation.
