对癌痛病人用个性化心理护理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究个性化心理护理方法对癌痛病人的疗效。方法符合标准的200例，随机分为2组，研究组采用个性化心理护理，对照组以常规护理。结果个性化护理后，增强了镇痛治疗的顺应性，提高了镇痛效果，缓解疼痛度明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论个性化心理护理比常规护理要好。Objective To investigate the indiridual psychological Care method in the efficacy cancer pain patients.Methods Approach is consistent with standards 200 cases. And were randomly dirided into two groups, experimental group with personalized psychological care methods. Results Individualized psychological care, an increase of pain Treatment compliance. Improved the analgesic effect was significantly higher degree of pain reliet. Conclusion Persomlized psychological care is suptrior to conventional.
