摘  要:目的探索旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫的收集时间与方法。方法20只成年大鼠,每只大鼠经口感染3000条旋毛虫脱囊幼虫,分别于第14、15、16、17、18、19、20天将大鼠处死,用人工胃蛋白酶消化肌肉收集旋毛虫。结果感染后第14、15、16天膈肌均未见旋毛虫,第17、18、19、20天膈肌有旋毛虫的侵入并逐渐增多;第14、15、16天均未收集到旋毛虫,第17、18、19、20天平均每只大鼠分别收集5000、8000、10000、30000条旋毛虫。结论旋毛虫在感染后第20天是旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫收集的最佳时期,人工胃蛋白酶消化肌肉可以收集成囊前期幼虫。Objective To explore the collection time and method of the pre-encysted larvae of Trichinella spiralis. Methods Twenty adult rats were inoculated with 3 000 encysted larva of Trichinella spiralis per rat by the oral route. At the 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th day after infection, the rats were killed and the muscles were digested with pepsin to collect Trichinella spiralis. Results At the 14th, 15th, 16th day after infection, no Trichinella spiralis was found in diaphragm. At the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th day after infection, Trichinella spiralis could be seen in the diaphragm and the number of Trichinella spiralis increased with time passing. At the 14th, 15th, 16th day, no Trichinella spiralis was obtained. At the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th day, the mean number of Trichinella spiralis collected were 5 000, 8 000, 10 000, 30 000 per rat respectively. Conclusion The 20th day after Trichinella spiralis infection is the best time to collect the pre-encysted larvae of TrichineUa spiralis. Pepsin digestion of muscles can be the choice of methods for collecting the pre-encysted larvae of Trichinella spiralis.
