摘　　要：PCR-限制性片段长度多态性（PCR—RFLP）技术是一种简便、快速的鉴定寄生虫种类的方法。目前，PCR—RFLP技术已广泛应用于寄生虫学领域。该文综述了PCR—RFLP技术在医学原虫和蠕虫分类鉴定中的应用现状。Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） technique is a simple and rapid method to determine the classification of parasites. At present, PCR-RFLP technique has been widely applied in the field of parasitology. The article reviewed the application of PCR-RFLP technique on the classification and identification of medical protozoa and helminths.
