摘　　要：无烟气旁路的脱硫装置与锅炉串联为一体,成为锅炉烟风道的一部分,是烟气排放的唯一通道,脱硫装置的高投运率是确保锅炉主机安全稳定运行的关键。本文分析了锅炉启动及低负荷稳燃运行时锅炉投油对脱硫装置的影响因素,从设计和运行的角度,提出了相应的解决措施。No-bypass of flue gas desulfurization devices connecting the boiler is the part of the boiler＇s gas duct ,and is the only channel of flue gas emission. The high operation rate is the key to ensure that the boiler is in safe and stable operation. The paper analyzes the affecting factors on FGD of the boiler for refuel oil when the boiler fires up and runs in stable combustion at low load. From the perspective of the design and the operation, the corresponding measures are proposed, which could avoid the effect on FGD system by the boiler for oil and ensure the safety of the system and the desulfurization efficiency of FGD.
