大学生抑郁及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市某高校大学生自杀意念与抑郁发生的现状,探讨两者之间的关系,为预防与干预大学生自杀行为提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法调查2585名在校大学生,应用贝克抑郁自评量表进行评估。结果近1周内,大学生自杀意念的发生率为7.9%,抑郁的患病率为39.3%,抑郁水平与自杀意念的严重程度呈正相关(r=0.405,P<0.001)。患有轻度抑郁(OR=4.34)、中度抑郁(OR=23.00)或重度抑郁(OR=349.85)的大学生产生自杀意念的危险性均高于无抑郁症者。结论大学生抑郁水平与自杀意念密切相关,及时识别大学生抑郁症对预测与预防该人群自杀具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the relationship between levels of depression and suicidal ideation among undergraduates, and to provide basis for preventing and interventing suicide. Methods 2 585 university students were investigated with Beck Depression Inventory. Results The incidence rates of suicidal ideation among the undergraduates in a recent week was 7.9 %. The prevalence rate of depression was 39.3%. Levels of depression had a significant correlation with suicide ideation （r=0.405, P〈 0. 001）. The undergraduates that suffer from mild depression （OR = 4.34）, moderate depression （ OR= 23.00） or severe depression （ OR = 349.85） had higher risk of having suicidal ideation than others. Conclusions There was a strong relationship among levels of depression and suicidal ideation. Identifying the depression of undergraduates in time is important from forecasting and preventing them from committing suicide.
