摘 要:通过对抗性生理指标及电阻抗图谱参数的测定,研究了重复温汤处理种球对亚洲百合"多安娜"及"普瑞头"幼苗耐热性的影响。结果发现:种球经重复温汤处理后,其幼苗在38℃胁迫下,"多安娜"叶片τm及脯氨酸含量比"普瑞头"上升幅度大,且峰值出现较早;其淀粉、可溶性糖含量及根系活力均始终高于"普瑞头"。温汤处理种球可显著提高"多安娜"及"普瑞头"幼苗的耐热性,其中"多安娜"优于"普瑞头"。The effect of repeated hot water treatment to bulbs on heat tolerance of Asiatic hybrid lily "Pollyanna" and "Prato" were studied by determining the resistance physiological parameters and the electrical impedance spectroscopy parameter.The measurement of hot water treatment showed that,when the lily plants were under heat stress at 38 ℃,the rising amplitude of relaxation time and the proline content of "Pollyanna" was higher than "Prato",and they reached the peak earlier than "Prato";the soluble sugar,starch content and root activity were always higher than "Prato".The result showed that Asiatic hybrid lily seeding acquired heat tolerance obviously and "Pollyanna" acquired heat tolerance more than "Prato" through hot water treatment.
