摘　　要：技术经济学作为自然科学与社会科学汇合联盟的典范、技术与经济相互交叉集成的新兴学科,在建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的过程中,既将面临新的机遇,又要应对新的挑战。为此,本文基于科学发展观,回眸我国技术经济学科发展的历程,坎坷曲折,喜忧交加;总结技术经济学科发展现状,基础欠宽厚、原理欠清晰、方法欠完善、应用欠规范,并从认识、思想、目标等对存在的问题进行探究;论述技术经济学科发展的对策方略,内容主要涉及技术、经济、管理交叉集成与技术经济学科,技术经济学科体系构建与发展,技术经济学科发展的本土化与国际化,技术创新与经济发展相互关系,项目可行性研究与后评价等。Technology economics is combination of natural science and social science, integrated junction of technology and economics. In the course of constructing resource-saved and environment friendly society, technology economics will meet new opportunity and challenge. Based on scientific concept of development, this paper reviews the development course of technology economics in China which is full of frustration and complication, full of joy and worry. Then, it concludes the current situation of technology economics, researches into the problems on cognition, thought, goal, etc. and discusses the countermeasure and str^itegy on technology economics of which the main content involves technology economics and the integrated junction of technology, economics and management, technology economics system construction and development, technology economic development localization and internationalization, the interrelation between technology innovation and economic development, feasibility study, evaluation, etc.
