医学论著准结构式讨论的可行性与设想

摘　　要：部分医学期刊论著来稿中,讨论部分常出现各种问题。从理论上讲,医学论著的"讨论"部分应包括的内容是基本明确的,与国内外现实医学论著讨论部分的层次标题是相适应的,但不同人的理解既有"大同"也存在"小异"。本文根据医学论著讨论部分理论上应包含的内容和现实医学论著讨论的层次,结合读者需要,认为医学论著讨论部分实行完全的结构化不太现实,但可以实行准结构化。准结构化模式为:推荐性结构+开放性问题,最好配以层次标题。推荐性结构包括主要发现、可能机制、论证强度、综合证据、意义与应用、结论等共6个方面,其中,第2、3、4方面为论证方面的结构,部分文献可能缺省某方面结构。There were many kinds of problems in the discussion part of some medical original manuscripts.Theoretically,the contents should be included in the discussion part are approximately clear,and consistent with the subtitles of the discussion.But minor differences were seen against largely identical.We combined the theoretical contents,practical subtitle and readers needs of the discussion part,suggest that it is not realistic to structure the discussion,but it is feasible to quasi-structure it.The quasi-structured model states as recommended structures plus special topics,subtitles are recommended.The recommended structures include 6 parts：main findings,possible mechanisms,demonstration strength,overall evidences,significance and application,and conclusions.Among them,the 2nd to 4th parts belong to argumentations structure,and some manuscripts maybe not cover them all.
