摘  要:采用FTIR、TG/DTA和比表面分析对淮南煤焦进行研究,考察了成焦条件对淮南煤焦的物理、化学结构及其CO2气化反应性的影响。结果表明,随着热解温度的升高,煤焦中的碳含量增加、氢含量降低、孔容减小,煤焦与CO2的气化反应性降低;在热解温度相同的条件下,与快速热解煤焦相比,慢速热解煤焦的碳含量较高、氢含量较低、孔容和比表面积较小、与CO2的气化反应性较低。Physicochemical properties of chars from a Huainan coal and their gasification reactivity with carbon dioxide were investigated using a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, a surface analyzer and a thermogravity-differential thermal analyzer. The relationship between the Huainan char structure and charring conditions and the effect of the charring conditions on the gasification reactivity of the chars with carbon dioxide were examined. The results show that raising the charring temperature leads to the increase in carbon content and decrease in the contents of hydrogen, pore volume and gasi fication reactivity with carbon dioxide; compared with the coal chars formed at the same temperature but rapid heating rate, those formed at slow heating rate have higher carbon content but lower hydrogen, pore volume, specific area and gasification reactivity with carbon dioxide.
