摘　　要：阐述了IT系统的定义、组成和特点,以及在医疗场所应用时的注意事项。介绍了IT系统绝缘监测功能的扩展:IT系统过负荷检测、IT系统隔离变压器温度检测、IT系统接地故障定位检测,以及绝缘监测、各类检测的中央监控系统。The definition, composition and characteristics of IT system, the attention points of IT system using in medical sites are expounded. The expansions of the insulation monitoring functions of the I T system are introduced, including overload detection of IT system, temperature detection of the isolation transformer of IT system, the grounding fault location detection of IT system, as well as the insulation monitoring and the central monitoring system for all kinds of testing.
