摘  要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)分别对硅溶胶进行改性,并分析改性前后溶胶体系红外光谱、ζ电位和溶胶粒径的变化,根据透光率的变化考察了溶胶体系的热稳定性;通过原位合成法制备了PET-SiO2和PET-SiO2-PVA杂化材料,并对其透光率进行了比较。结果表明,采用PVA改性SiO2溶胶既能有效地降低SiO2的粒径,又能抑制其在原位合成中的团聚;PET-SiO2-PVA透明度与PET-SiO2透明度相比略有提高,表明改性硅溶胶能在一定程度上抑制原位合成的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中SiO2的团聚。Poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET)-silica nanocomposites which were fabricated by direct polymerizing PET monomer dispersed with silica sol usually don't have expected properties due to silica particle agglomeration. In this article,silica sols were modified by two kinds of polymers,polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) before PET-SiO2 was fabricated by in situ polymerization. Infrared spectra(IR),particle size,Zeta potential versus pH and thermal stability of silica sols without modification and modified silica sols were investigated by experiments,respectively. Transmittance of pure PET,PET-SiO2 and PET-SiO2-PVA was tested respectively by Nippon Denshoku Digital Haze and Turbidity Meter (NDH-20D). The results show that the silica sol modified by PVA has smaller particle size and better thermal stability than silica sol before modification,and there is no evident silica particle agglomeration in PET-SiO2-PVA although the silica particle agglomeration is common in PET-SiO2.
