摘 要:介绍了自行设计的波长指示型表面等离子共振传感器装置,该装置由光源系统,传感器系统及测试系统三部分组成.通过固定入射角,以波长为变量,利用检测反射光归一化光谱强度的方法,进行化学液体的等离子共振现象的研究.在实验中,利用去离子水作为待测样品,每隔一周监测其表面等离子共振现象,结果表明该传感器装置具有良好的稳定性和重复性.该装置可以实现酒精溶液质量分数的测量且具有较高的灵敏度.实验数据显示,该装置对质量分数为0%~40%酒精溶液检测时,其灵敏度为0.3%;对质量分数为40%~60%溶液检测时,其灵敏度为0.5%.The surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor developed and introduced in this paper consists of three parts: light system, sensor system and test system. SPR phenomenon of chemistry solution was investigated by detecting the reflection curve changed with wavelength while fixing the angle of incident light. The de-ionized water used as the sample in the experiment was monitored weekly. The result shows that the SPR sensor has fine repeatability and stability. The ethanol solution with different concentration used as the sample was also studied in the experiment at the wavelength interrogation mode of SPR. It is demonstrated that the SPR sensor with high sensitivity can be used to measure concentration of ethanol solution. The rain-measurable concentrations are 0.3% and 0.5%, corresponding to the alcohol concentration are 0% to 40% and 40% to 60 %.
