摘　　要：区域创新系统是以知识为纽带配置而成的组织形式。首先阐述编码知识、意会知识与区域创新的关系;其次探讨知识管理与区域创新的互动关系;最后通过构建知识管理三阶段运行框架模式,探讨区域创新系统中知识创造机制、知识共享机制和知识应用机制。Regional innovation system is an organizational form based on knowledge as a link. Firstly the article elaborates the relation among the encoded knowledge,tacit knowledge and the regional innovation. Secondly,it focuses on discussing interaction between the knowledge management and regional innovation;lastly,it builds a three -phase operational framework mode of knowledge managment to detailedly discuss the knowledge creation mechanism,knowledge -sharing mechanism and knowledge application mechanism in the regional innovation system.
