摘　　要：为充分发挥湖南省与周边省市在地缘关系、历史、民族和文化等方面的渊源优势,采用年度对比等研究方法,寻求区域内部资源、客源、投资和管理等合作基础。通过列举案例和数据,分析湖南省与周边省市旅游合作过程中存在的问题及原因,提出健全体制、市场化运作、整合省内重点旅游合作区域、梯度推进旅游合作进程和建设区域旅游信息网络平台等区域旅游合作战略对策,以求为政府决策和同类研究提供借鉴。Hunan Province has close relations with its peripheral provinces on geography, histories, peoples and cultures. This paper analyzes the background conditions and problems existing in the tourism cooperation between Hunan Province and its peripheral provinces under the environment of the regional cooperation of the Pan-Pear River Delta and the ＂Middle Rise＂ strategy. Some suggestions are put forward on regional structural improvement, market-oriented operation, regional integration of tourism resources, and regional network platform construction.
