邢台市某医学院校新生干性皮肤者面部蠕形螨感染调查

摘　　要：目的调查该医学院新生干性皮肤者面部人体蠕形螨的感染情况,并分析人体蠕形螨感染的影响因素,为特定人群蠕形螨的防治提供依据。方法对部分新生进行问卷调查,并对干性皮肤者面部蠕形螨的感染进行调查,采用透明胶带粘贴过夜法查螨虫。胶带置于光镜下检查,阳性片计数虫数并进行虫种鉴定。结果共调查804名学生,其中干性皮肤者108名,占13.4%。干性皮肤者面部蠕形螨感染情况如下,感染率为22.2%(24/108),单纯毛囊蠕形螨感染占66.7%(16/24),单纯皮脂蠕形螨感染占16.7%(4/24),二者差异显著有统计学意义(x2=21.0,P<0.01),混合感染占16.7%(4/24)。轻度感染占100%。鼻侧感染58.3%(14/24)较额部41.7%(10/24)、鼻尖为0,前二者与鼻尖差异有统计学意义(x2=7.61,P<0.01)。结论该校新生干性皮肤者人体蠕形螨普遍,但均为轻度感染,毛囊蠕形螨感染高于皮脂蠕形螨,感染以鼻侧、额部为主,感染与生活习惯有关。Objective To investigate the current status of human Demodex infections and analyse effect factor in XingTai Medical College new students with dry skin and to offer some data for prevention and treatment of Demodex infection.Method Through survey on the part of the new questionnaires,and dry facial skin by Demodex infection,transparent adhesive tape method was used for diagnosis.Infection intensity and species identification was made under microscope.Results A total of 804 students were investigated.108 students the rate of which was 13.4% were with dry skin,.The total infection rate was22.2%（24/108）.The infection of Demodex folliculorum accounted for 66.7%（16/24）was higher than that of Demodex brevis 16.7%（4/24）（P0.01）and mixed infection 16.7%（4/24）.The mild infection was 100%.The infection of nose was higher than that of forehead.There was statistical significance.Conclusions The total infection rate was higher and the mild infection was dominating,The infection of Demodex folliculorum was higher than that of Demodex brevis.The nose was more susceptible to demodex than that of forehead.Infection was related to lifestyle.
