摘　　要：通过查阅文献、实地调查和访谈,对南阳伏牛山体育旅游资源开发现状和存在的问题进行研究,提出相应的对策,认为现阶段我们应该做到创建品牌;积极开发资源但要保护资源;要建立健全法规;积极宣传以扩大客源.The paper analyse and research on Nanyang Funiu Mountain sports tourism resource development status and problems through various and scientific methods such as the methods of documentary material investigation and on-the-spot inspection and so on. Put forward countermeasures that at this stage we should strengthen awareness, change our ideas, and actively developing resources while protecting resources, to establish and improve laws and regulations, actively promoted in order to expand the customer base.
