摘　　要：本文对重庆都市区非建设用地中的绿地保护进行了分析探讨。通过分析重庆非城市建设用地的绿地情况,总结存在的问题,从保护的政策与策略、保护的技术方法、保护的法律保障三个层面提出了保护对策,以期重庆的非城市建设用地中的绿地得到有效保护。The paper discusses the greenbelt protection in non-construction land of Chongqing metropolitan area. Existing problems are discussed by analyzing the greenbelt situations in Chongqing＇s non-construction land. Protection measures to safeguard effectively Chongqing＇s non-construction urban land greenbelts are proposed from three aspects： policies or strategies, technical methods, and legal system guarantees for the purpose of protection.
