中西医结合治疗围绝经期功血40例

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合药物治疗围绝经期功血的临床效果。方法选择40例围绝经期功血患者,根据B超检测子宫内膜厚度选用激素止血调经,同时结合中医塞流、澄源、复旧为基本治疗大法,分出血期、血止后辨证用药。结果治愈19例,好转17例,无效4例,总有效率90%。结论中西药结合治疗围绝经期功血疗效好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 40 cases of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected.Endometrial thickness was determined by B-ultrasound,hormone was selected to stop bleeding and regulate menstruation.The syndromes were distinguished as menstrual period and post menstrual period with the basic therapeutic methods of stopping bleeding,clearing the origins and recovering.Results 19 cases were cured,17 cases turned better,and 4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90%.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good effect for the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and is worthy of wide application.
