莱菔子不同提取物对实验性便秘小鼠排便的影响

摘　　要：目的观察莱菔子不同提取物对实验性便秘小鼠排便的影响。方法采用地芬诺酯灌胃造成小鼠便秘,观察受试药对动物排便的影响。结果与正常组比较模型组小鼠的排便潜伏期明显延长,排便率、排便粒数、排便重量均显著降低。相当于人莱菔子生药等效剂量的莱菔子油2.4 g/(kg.d)能明显增加便秘小鼠的排便率、排便粒数和排便重量,相当于人莱菔子生药等效剂量的莱菔子水提浸膏2.4 g/(kg.d)能缩短便秘小鼠排便潜伏期,有增加便秘小鼠排便的趋势。相当于人等效剂量20倍的酚酞0.8 g/(kg.d)也能明显增加便秘小鼠的排便率、排便粒数和排便重量,作用似比莱菔子油强,但统计无显著性。结论莱菔子油、莱菔子水提浸膏对便秘小鼠均有通便作用。Objective To observe the effects of different radish seed extractive on defection of mice with experimental constipation.Methods Diphenoxylate intragastric administration was employed to cause constipation in the mice,and the effects of the medicine on the mice＇s defection were observed.Results Compared with the normal group,the defecation latency of the model group prolonged obviously.Defection rate,the amount of defection pellets,and the weight of defection were deduced markedly.Radish seed oil 2.4g/kg·d which was equivalent of the amount for human could increase the mice＇s defection rate,pellets and weight;radish seed aqueous extract 2.4g/kg·d which was equivalent of the amount for human could shorten the defection latency of constipation mice,and increase the frequency of defection.Phenolphthalein 20 times of the amount for human（0.8g/kg·d）could also obviously increase mice defection rate,pellets and weight,and the effects were stronger than that of radish seed oil,but the statistics was not significant.Conclusion Radish seed oil and radish seed aqueous extract can relax the bowels of mice with constipation.
