摘　　要：进一步完善农村支付服务建设,是社会主义新农村建设对现代化金融服务的基本要求。2009年初开始,在广西田东县开展金融服务改革试点工作,为农村金融支付服务建设进行了有益的探索。本文在此基础上,通过对百色市5县15个乡镇45个行政村的农户开展调查,了解当地农民的金融支付服务需求情况,运用Binary Logistic模型分析农民金融支付服务需求的影响因素,提出了农村金融支付服务建设的思路。A sound payment system is a basic requirement of the building of new socialist countryside.In early 2009,the reform of financial services worked ,in Tiandong country, Guangxi province and made a useful exploration for rural financial payment system. Based on the rural household survey from 5 counties ,15 townships ,45 administrative villages in Baise city, used the model of Binary Logistic, this article analyzes the factors affecting the farmers demanding for financial payment services, and puts forward some ideas for a sound rural financial payment services building.
