摘　　要：目的了解湖南省尘肺死亡情况,探讨其死亡规律,为尘肺防治决策提供科学依据。方法将全省尘肺数据库中死亡病例数转换成Excel电子表进行统计分析。结果湖南省1954-2008年底报告尘肺56546例,其中死亡13081例,病死率23.13%;随尘肺期别的升高尘肺的病死率亦升高;矽肺、煤工尘肺及其余11种尘肺的病死率分别为29.19%、19.30%、15.89%;I期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期尘肺的平均死亡年龄分别为(64.31±11.30)岁、(63.73±12.15)岁、(56.44±12.23)岁;矽肺、煤工尘肺及其余11种尘肺的平均死亡年龄分别为(52.85±15.84)岁、(62.97±11.53)岁、(68.61±10.10)岁。结论阻止和延缓尘肺期别的进展和并发肺结核,可有效提高患者的生活质量和延长生存时间。Objective To understand the death status of pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province,to study the law of death,and to provide the scientific evidence for making the strategy of pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment.Methods All the dates and death cases of pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province were input the computer and calculated with Microsoft Excel.The results of the case fatality rates and average death ages were analyzed with χ2 and ANOVA test by using SPSS 16.0.Results Totally 56,546 cases of pneumoconiosis were reported from 1954 to the end of 2008,including 13,081 cases of death,and the case fatality rate was 23.13%.The case fatality rate of pneumoconiosis increased with the stage raised.The case fatality rates of silicosis,coal worker’s pneumoconiosis and other 11 kinds of pneumoconiosis were 29.19%,19.30% and 15.89%,respectively.The average death ages of the stageⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were （64.31±11.30） years,（63.73±12.15） years and （56.44±12.23） years,respectively.The average death ages of silicosis,coal worker＇s pneumoconiosis and other 11 kinds of pneumoconiosis were （52.85±15.84） years,（62.97±11.53） years and （68.61±10.10） years,respectively.Conclusions Preventing and delaying the progress of pneumoconiosis stages and pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis could effectively improve the patient’s quality of life and extend the survival time.
