2001-2009年广西玉林市吸毒人群HIV感染状况及行为特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解玉林市吸毒人群HIV流行趋势及其行为变化,为制定艾滋病防治对策提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2001-2009年玉林市吸毒人群艾滋病哨点监测资料进行分析。结果2001-2009年玉林市共调查吸毒人员5032名,HIV年均感染率为2.98%,HIV感染率从2001年的7.19%下降到2009年的1.81%。吸毒人群中注射吸毒比例波动在74.69%～86.04%之间,共用注射器的比例从2001年的82.85%下降到2009年的34.16%,性乱的比例由2001年的68.13%下降到2009年的37.77%,从未使用安全套人数的比例从2001年的76.15%下降到2009年的43.91%。结论玉林市吸毒人群HIV感染率低且呈下降趋势,说明我们过去采取的干预措施有效,但是玉林市吸毒人群中注射吸毒现象仍然严重,共用注射器、性乱等不良现象依然存在,安全套使用率还很低,控制艾滋病在吸毒人群中传播还是我们今后艾滋病防控工作的重点。Objective To know the trend of HIV infection and behavior change among drug users in Yulin,Guangxi,and to provide a basis for prevention of AIDS.Methods Descriptive epidemiological study method was adopted to analyze the HIV sentinel surveillance data from 2001 to 2009 in Yulin,Guangxi.Results There were 5,032 drug abusers surveyed from 2001 to 2009,with an average annual HIV-positive rate of 2.98%,and the rate declined from 7.19% in 2001 to 1.81% in 2009.The rate of injection drug use in drug users fluctuated between 74.69% and 86.04% from 2001 to 2009.The needle-sharing rate was lowered from 82.85% in 2001 to 34.16% in 2009.The rate of promiscuity went down from 68.13% in 2001 to 37.77% in 2009.The rate of never using condom dropped from 76.15% in 2001 to 43.91% in 2009.Conclusions The trend of HIV-infection rate in drug abusers was decreasing in Yulin,it suggested that the intervention measures we had taken were effective.However,the injection using in drug abusers is serious in Yulin,there are still needle-sharing,sexual promiscuity and so on in the city,and the usage of condom is still low.How to prevent and control the spread of HIV/AIDS among the drug users is still the key issue in the future.
