新生儿家长在预防接种过程中的心理及护理需求调查

摘　　要：目的了解新生儿家长在孩子接种疫苗时的心理需求。方法采用自行设计的新生儿家长心理需求调查表。随机抽取河北省唐山市人民医院245名新生儿家长进行问卷调查。结果98%的新生儿家长希望知道疫苗的不良反应及接种后应注意的问题;95%以上新生儿家长最担心疫苗的质量和不规范接种即错种、误种的发生;80%以上的新生儿家长希望从发放的知识卡片上获得预防接种知识。结论护士根据新生儿家长在接种过程中的心理需求和服务需求而采取有效的干预措施,减少护理工作的盲目性和片面性,有利于预防接种工作的顺利开展。Objective To know the psychological demand of newborns’ guardians in the process of prophylactic inoculation.Methods A total of 245 newborns’ guardians were randomly selected from People’s Hospital of Tangshan to conduct questionnaire survey of psychology demand.Results 98% of newborns’ guardians wanted to know the adverse reaction of vaccine and some problems that needed to pay attention to after the vaccination.Over 95% of newborns’ guardians were worried about the quality of vaccine and irregular vaccination.Over 80% of newborns’ guardians wanted to acquire the prophylatic inoculation knowledge from the knowledge cards.Conclusions According to the psychological demand and service demand of newborns’ guardians in the process of prophylactic inoculation,nurses will adopt the effective intervention measures and decline the blindness and one-sidedness of nursing care,which is helpful to conducting prophylactic inoculation work smoothly.
