针刺配合盆炎丸治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合中药利湿化瘀治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法118例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组(针刺配合盆炎丸组)和对照组(盆炎丸组),各59例。观察治疗前后血液流变学指标。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为94.91%与84.75%。两组均可改善血液流变学指标,但治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺结合中药盆炎丸治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著,能明显改善血液黏稠度。Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine Penyan pills in treatment of chronic.pelvic inflammation. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly allocated into treatment group （acupuncture plus Chinese herbal medicine Penyan pills orally） and control group （Penyan pills orally）, （each n = 59）. Hemorheological indices were examined before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates for treatment group and control group were 94.91% and 84.7.5 %, respectively. Hemorheological indices of the two group were both improved, but the indices of treatment group were superior to those of control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine Penyan pills has a marked therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammation and can significantly improve blood viscosity.
