摘　　要：目的了解有机磷农药对肝胆脾的影响在超声影像上的表现。方法应用超声动态观察肝胆脾的情况。结果职业性有机磷农药接触者脂肪肝发病率较高。结论超声检查较适合于接毒接害人员的大批量检查及中毒病人的复查。Objective To explore the ultrasonic image features of liver,gallbladder and spleen after organophosphorus pesticide exposure.Methods With ultrasonic examination,dynamic observation of liver,gallbladder and spleen was conducted.Results The incidence of adiposis hepatica was higher in occupational pesticide contacts.Conclusions Ultrasonic examination is suitable for mass examination of the people exposed to toxic and hazardous substances and reexamination of poisoning patients.
