摘 要:目的探讨白细胞介素1受体拮抗剂(IL-1Ra)基因多态性分布与2型糖尿病的相关性。方法应用聚合酶链反应-产物长度多态性,检测74例2型糖尿病患者和99名对照者的IL-1Ra第2内含子的86个碱基(bp)数目可变重复片段(VNTR)多态性。结果IL-1Ra基因的5种不同组合等位基因,本研究发现A1A1、A1A2、A2A2、A1A3、A1A4、A2A36种基因型。IL-1Ra A1和A2基因型频率和等位基因频率在T2DM组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IL-1Ra内含子2基因多态性可能与2型糖尿病易感性无关。Objective To investigate the frequency of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL-1Ra) gene polymorphism and its relationship to Type 2 diabetes.Methods The allele frequency and the genotype distribution of the polymorphism in the second intron of IL-1Ra gene were studied in 99 non-diabetic controls and 74 type 2 diabetes patients.Results In the five different constituent alleles of IL-lRa gene,six genotypes(A1/A1,A1/A2,A2/A2,A1/A3,A1/A4,A2/A3) were found in the study.There were no significant differences in frequencies of allele and genotype distribution in IL-1Ra variable number of tandem repeats(VNTR) between the type 2 diabetes patients and the controls.Conclusion The polymorphism of IL-1Ra intron 2 gene is not associated with the susceptibility of type 2 diabetes.
